City Place is a pet friendly community and we know you and your pet will enjoy living here. You and your furry friend will be able to enjoy the outdoors together at the bark park. The park has ample space for your furry friends to run around and has plenty of shade to keep you comfortable while playing off leash inside the park.

Our non-refundable pet fee is $350 for one pet and an additional $200  for the second pet if applicable. There is a two pet limit per apartment home. Our monthly pet rent is only $15 per month per pet with a 100-pound weight limit. We do have some breed restrictions. (see below)

Dog breeds that are restricted:

*Shepherd
*Doberman
*Rottweiler
*Pitbull
*Husky
*Chow
*Bull Mastiff
*Wolf-dog hybrid
*Great Dane
*St. Bernard

Any other dog breeds restricted by applicable law or regulation.

Other pets that are restricted:

Ferrets
Reptiles
Tarantulas
Rodents
